Congratulations to our RMS students who participated in the NC Middle School All-State Choir! They are: Gloria Boykin, Smrithi Tirumalapudi, Jayden Davis and Walker Terrell. These students spent the weekend of April 21-22nd singing rigorous music under the direction of prestigious choral conductors and performed a final concert. We thank them for their musical leadership and dedication to choral art.
Additionally, our Rockin’ Raiders Show choir competed at the state finals of the NC Scholastic Cup Show Choir Competition, held Saturday, April 29th, at Hough High School. Performing a set of disco favorites, our stellar singers earned a “SUPERIOR” rating and came in fifth place for the state!

A message from Mrs. Dorsey:
I’d like to say thank you to everyone who gave up their Friday evening to help with the 1st Annual Winter Festival 2017. The event would not have gone as well if we didn’t have team players such as yourselves. The team consisted of staff, students and PTO parents!!!! I truly enjoyed working with everyone. I believe it went quite well but, I’d like to hear feedback from you. Would you please take a moment to email me your feedback?
